Ingredients:
- 0.6 dl pear juice
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon for topping
- Cinnamon stick and a pear slice (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Mix pear juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Pour over ice into a glass.

Ingredients (for 4 drinks):
- 3.6 dl hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda
- 2.5 dl full-fat coconut milk
- 1.2 dl coconut cream
- 0.6 dl sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice (approximately 5 dl)
- Shredded coconut and cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
- Agave (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Pour the coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda, and ice into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

- 1.2 dl freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries and grapefruit slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, rose syrup (or rose water), and lime juice with a few ice cubes.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 4 glasses filled with ice or martini glasses without ice.
- Top each glass with 0.9 dl of hÄppi Raspberry Prebiotic Soda.
