Cinnamon Pear Fizz Prebiotic Mocktail 

A fresh and spicy mocktail that combines the sweetness of pear with a hint of cinnamon and a tangy touch of lemon. Topped with hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Soda, it becomes a light and refreshing drink with a cozy autumn feel, perfect to enjoy anytime!


Topped with:
hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda


Ingredients:

  • 0.6 dl pear juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon for topping
  • Cinnamon stick and a pear slice (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Mix pear juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. Pour over ice into a glass.
  3. Top with hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a pear slice.

Frozen Coquitooo

A creamy, tropical twist on the classic coquito, featuring coconut and a refreshing touch of elderflower.


Ingredients (for 4 drinks):

  • 3.6 dl hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda
  • 2.5 dl full-fat coconut milk
  • 1.2 dl coconut cream
  • 0.6 dl sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice (approximately 5 dl)
  • Shredded coconut and cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
  • Agave (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda, and ice into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Evenly distribute the mixture into 4 glasses with rims coated in shredded coconut.

Garnish:

  1. Dip the rim of each glass in agave.
  2. Place shredded coconut on a plate and gently dip the glass rim into the coconut.
  3. Add a real cinnamon stick as decoration in each drink.

Serve immediately as a frosty, festive drink!

Raspberry Rose Paloma

A refreshing blend of tangy grapefruit, floral rose, and sweet raspberries, elevated with hÄppi Raspberry Prebiotic Soda.


Ingredients (for 4 drinks):

  • 3.6 dl hÄppi Raspberry Prebiotic Soda
  • 2.4 dl freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about 2 grapefruits)
  • 0.6 dl rose syrup (or rose water, adjust to taste)
  • 1.2 dl freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries and grapefruit slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, rose syrup (or rose water), and lime juice with a few ice cubes.
  2. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 glasses filled with ice or martini glasses without ice.
  4. Top each glass with 0.9 dl of hÄppi Raspberry Prebiotic Soda.
  5. Gently stir.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and grapefruit slices.

Serve immediately for a beautiful and sophisticated evening drink.

Saffron Citrus Cooler

This mocktail adds a luxurious touch with its saffron infusion, while staying fresh and unique with a subtle chili kick!


Pairs well with:
hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda

Ingredients:

  • A pinch of saffron threads (about 5-6 threads)
  • 0.6 dl warm water
  • 0.6 dl freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Red chili (in the drink and for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Saffron Infusion: Let the saffron threads steep in warm water for about 10-15 minutes to release their flavor and color.
  2. Prepare the Base: In a shaker, mix the saffron infusion with orange juice, lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup. Muddle a bit of red chili into the mixture. Shake well.
  3. Serve: Strain the mixture into martini glasses.
  4. Top it Off: Pour hÄppi Elderflower/Lemon Prebiotic Soda over the juice blend and stir gently.
  5. Garnish: Make a small slit in a red chili and place it on the rim of the glass.
